Students will learn through role playing, the roles and responsibilities, of both the SMS Audit leader and the SMS Audit team member. Additionally, students will learn the responsibilities of the audited facility in regard to preparing for, and communicating with, the SMS Audit team. Each phase of the SMS Audit will be taught.
